What's Included?
Executive Coaching & Strategy Meetings
1.5-hour sessions, conducted onsite or remotely, to explore opportunities, address challenges, and discuss inventive use of AI for content, marketing & sales. This service can extend to attending board or clients' meetings.
Virtual Support and Mentoring
As part of your team, I am accessible via email, WhatsApp, and impromptu calls or meetings. This
ensures you and your teams can get answers to questions swiftly, receive feedback on work-in-progress, and any new AI tactics are shared as they arise.
In-House Training and Skills Development
Monthly half-day onsite training sessions to implement the actions agreed during the Strategy Meetings: from developing your team's capabilities to designing new products and services.These will be supplemented by fortnightly Zoom calls to review progress against personal action plans.
External Liaison and Project Management
I act as the bridge between your business and external suppliers, including website design, PR, and graphic design agencies. By managing these relationships and overseeing project delivery, I ensure that all work aligns with your AI and digital marketing quarterly plans.
